This year, I am thankful to have everyone home, safe and sound, excluding my brother. I hope he’s had a wonderful year, even though we haven’t seen each other in almost six years.
I’m thankful to have my sisters home to spend the holidays, and even though it wasn’t under the best circumstances, what matters is that we’re all here to spend time with one another.
This year has been faced with a lot of problems, yes. From my uncle and cousin dying to my mother and I being diagnosed with Lupus, we’ve all had to stay strong. We may lose even more family members next year, but for this year, I hope that we can all make it through and be there for one another.
I am also thankful that I am here today. Just remember kids, depression and suicide aren’t something to take lightly. We all suffer it at some point—some worse than others. But we need to stay strong and do the best we can. I am thankful that I was able to see my babies this year and that they are doing well despite the things that they have been through. I really hope that they can find stability, whether it be with us or otherwise. I am thankful for my butterball turkey cat, as well as my snowball kitty and the newest addition, the little brat. (Still love her, even if she is one.)
Oh! Also thankful that my plumbing is fixed and that we could get a new sink this year. :D Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone!

Which S thing?
